The time between Spring and Summer is a special moment. Just as we clear our garden beds and await those first sprouts we can also clear our minds and plant the seeds for our next chapter. This intentional all levels yoga class will consist of a balanced mix of flow and stillness. It is sure to help you propagate whatever it is you're manifesting. Please bring any props you like to use and a journal. Led by Heather Carpenter, a 500hr E-RYT Yoga Teacher based out of Port Orford, Oregon. $10 per person Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance.
